We are only a few weeks away from the greatest eating holiday of the year!
What are you all thinking we might do? Food, obviously, but where should we hold this gathering?
Who will be in attendance? Will Thess and Doug make it down? Will we see Jack and Luke?

Last month I ventured out on a hike organized by the Olympia Senior Center. There were about 20 of us and we traveled to the Hama Hama campground up above Hood Canal area. It was absolutely beautiful and turned out to be a very fun day. Here are some pictures.
Wow! What a couple of beautiful days we have had up here :) Sunny and warm. I got more seeds into the garden and a friend brought a plum tree that we planted. The day was perfect for a short bike ride along the bay.
I'm looking for a copy of the 2017 one with home business on it. I see I can buy it from 80-150 dollars, so though I would ask around and share the cost of a copy if anyone already has it.
UPDATE:
It has turned a little cold the last few days.
I'm back from Mexico! It was wonderful and warm. I'm just putting a few words in this, because I wanted to get some pictures posted for you all to see. I'll add more words about what we did a little later.

Not a whole lot going on, yet, but here is the recap, so far...
I spent New Year's Eve with some coworkers, eating snacks, playing games, drinking beverages.
The site went down and I don't know why. I have to to completely reinstall it from a back up I did, which luckily I think is most of it. It looks like some of the images are not connecting right, so have to look in into that. So, I'm testing some new images.
The next holiday is two weeks away! Amanda and Seth and offered to host the festivities (thanks!).
Should we do the usual potluck style food business? Are we doing a gifts? The Fenner version of a "white elephant" exchange?
