Well, as some of you are aware, my life situation is going to change dramatically sometime in the next few weeks. I'm taking on a family (hence the title). Okay, it will be a little more complicated that just adding water, but it is happening about that quickly. Keith (James's son), his girlfriend Amber, and their son Gabriel are coming to Olympia to live with me for a bit. Until last night, they were living in Nampa, Idaho with Keith's mother Crystal and his half brother Mackenna. It has been stressful and they are looking for a happier situation for all of them. They asked if they could move here with me (Keith has been wanting to move to Olympia for a couple of years now) and I agreed. I will need to do some rearranging in my little house, since I've managed to spread all my stuff out. I'll also have to adjust to having other people in the house, since it's been a while since I had anyone living with me, but I think it will work out just fine and I'm looking forward to it. How did this all come about, you ask? Well, we all went to the Highland Games; Keith, Amber, Gabriel, Crystal, & Mackenna came to camp with us. Keith & Amber got a little taste of how well families can get along and that made their situation back home even more intolerable. So, here they come. Once they arrive and we get settled, we will need to have a family get-together of some sort... with everyone... maybe something around Jack's and Amber's birthdays (which is the 15th).
