Monday morning... drinking coffee... listening to podcasts... I thought I'd recommend a few that are interesting and informative, fairly non-controversial, generally apolitical, etc...
1) Ear Hustle - stories and interviews from San Quentin Prison. I recommend starting from the beginning and listening chronologically
2) You Are Not So Smart - a "celebration of self-delusion." A podcast on cognitive bias and the like
3) The Good News Podcast - short stories about positive things that are happening. This one is easy, since the podcast is usually 5mins or less.
