Well, again, I can’t seem to get the comments to work but I will make this post in response to Leah’s ideas. I think Mexican sounds good and easy. I have a good recipe for Mexican Coleslaw and I also thought I could look through some recipe ideas to come up with something different that I’ve never made before. This could be kind of fun. If others want to pick a different theme I’m also good with that.
